All our orders are packaged with the utmost care, using recyclable materials.

Packages are shipped via standard Royal Mail services which are transferred to local services in the country listed in the delivery address.

This shipping service is not tracked, there is no insurance and no tracking number supplied.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left us. You will be automatically notified via email once the record has been shipped.

If you would like registered post please attach a note to your order at the point of sale and we'll get in touch to arrange this.
Return Policy
If you receive products that are damaged or defective, we shall either offer to replace them or will partially / fully refund you at our own discretion, depending on the issue.

If you get your address wrong and do not notify us before the order is sent, we cannot offer you a refund.
